Training the Kenyan Way

We want to give you an insight on this page into the “secrets” of Kenyan training. For example, typical training weeks of our elite athletes in Kenya, training tips from our head coach Mathu or videos of a variety of different running technique exercises.
In regard to the latter: Philip Yiego is our undisputed expert on exercises to improve running technique. In this first video, he and Janeth present a number of coordination exercises and Philip will be responsible with Kosgei for this page in future.
